Shipping and Returns

How long does my order take to ship?

Items will typically be shipped within 3-5 business days of the date of your order. Shipping rates are based on weight. We offer free shipping on US orders over $75.

What if a package is lost or stolen? 

Root Down Cleansing is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If your package is missing and USPS tracking indicates it was delivered, you must report the lost package to USPS.

If USPS declares the package as stolen, you must report the stolen package to your local police department.

If your package is lost via the US Postal Service, please let us know and we can launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order at no additional charge.

What is your return policy? 

Due to the nature of the product, we cannot process returns. However, if you are unhappy with your Root Down Cleansing purchase, please contact me directly and I will do my best to assure your satisfaction.
