I’m a herbalist, grower, maker, hairdresser, mother, doula, and shamanic practitioner. My work is rooted in a deep relationship with plants and nature, a love of creating with my hands, and a lifelong curiosity about the ways we care for ourselves, one another, and the world around us.
Through Root Down, I bring together my work with botanicals, beauty, ritual, intuition, and ancestral connection. What began with growing herbs and creating remedies for my family has grown into a living practice of remembering, creating, and returning to what connects us.

Root Down grew from my relationship with plants, beauty, ancestry, and the desire to remember what has been forgotten. Today, my work moves through many forms, from herbalism and growing to hair, ritual, and shamanic practice.
